Step 1- Remember your Dream



If you really feel your life is not going well then remember your dream which will definitely going to push you beyond your limitations and makes  life easier. Every person dream is to go in step ahead of what he/she is now.








Step 2- Make Your Bed

The quote itself says that if you want to change the world, then you should make your bed first. Making your bed leads to increase your productivity.


















Step 3- Drink Lot of Water


Drinking a lot of water helps to increase the oxygen through out the body. Water also helps to loss your weight if it is taken properly.











Step 4-  Brush Your Teeth (With Opposite Hand)


Brushing your teeth with left hand helps to increase your brain concentration. It helps to become more creative as while brushing teeth helps to triggered your mental stimulation.









Step 5- Journal( Gratitude, Planning)



Journaling can help you to manage stress , reduce stress, cope with depression. Journaling helps you to improve your mood by helping prioritizing  problems fears and work. It helps you to track your day-to day activities due to which it makes your life easier.









Step 6- Work Out

Workout helps you to improve your self confidence.












Step 7- Brain Power (Water, Chocolate, Almond Milk)


If you drink almond milk, chocolate shake then it is going to increase your brain function.










Step 8- Deep Breathe Exercise  

When you deep breathe the body release endorphins which are good hormones and helps to creates natural pain killer within your body . Not only this it increases your energy level, help to improve your body postures. Deep Breathing Exercise helps to detoxifies the body.








Step 9- Daily Reading (20 - 30 min)

A 2009 study by the university of Sussex found that reading for just six minutes can reduces your stress levels by up to 68% from your life. Books are there to open the new world for us and to takes us from our comfort zones. Daily reading improves our focus and concentration.
