Vegetable Biryani in pressure cooker - Vegetable Biryani Recipe with details.

Vegetable biryani recipe prepared using pressure cooker with Garam Masala (Biryani Masala). 
Veg. biryani or other biryani usually special moment to celebrate, usually biryani is prepared with Long Grain Rice for special taste.

INDREDIENTS



👌 Long Grain Rice = 500 gram
👌 Tomato = 2 medium size
👌 Potato = 3 medium size
👌Onion = 3 pcs
👌 Carrot = 2 pcs
👌 Green Peas = 80 gram
👌 Cauliflower = 200 gram
👌 Mushroom = 80 gram (Optional)
👌 Capsicum = 20 gram
👌 Coriander leaves ( 5 gram / handful chopped)
👌 Salt ( As per taste)
👌 Green chilly = 2 ( Long chopped-Optional)
👌 Ghee = 3 Table Spoon(Tbsp)
👌 Cooking oil = 2 (Tbsp)
👌 Bay leaf = 2 pcs
👌 Cinnamon (1 inch) = 2pcs
👌 Cloves = 3 pcs
👌 Cardamom (Small)  = 3pcs
👌 Cardamom (Big) =1 pcs
👌 Cashew nut ( Fry) = 10 gram
👌 Raisin = 8-15 pcs
👌 Coconut dry ( small chopped) = 5 gram 



SPICE (MASALA) PREPARATION


  


💚 Ginger = 2 small pcs
💚 Garlic = 8 pcs 
💚 Chilly powder ( Kashmiri) = 1 Tbsp
💚 Turmeric powder = 1/2 Tbsp
💚 Coriander power = 1.5 Tbsp
💚 Garam Masala = 1 Tbsp
💚 Cinnamon = 2 pcs
💚 Cardamom = 3 pcs
💚 Cardamom (Big) = 1 pcs
💚 Cumin Seed = 1/2 Tbsp
💚Curd ( Plain-No added Sugar) = 50 ml

Put all these ingredient in mixer and make a smooth paste and keep aside


💚 Saffron water ( Optional for color and aromatic flavour, it should be kept 15 minutes saffron stigma 4 pcs in water)



STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS





Step 1 Wash Long grain rice and soak for 25 - 30 minutes

Step 2 Take a pressure cooker, add Cooking oil and Ghee ( as mentioned above quantity)

Step 3 Now, add Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Cardamom (Big) and Bay leaf for saute at low flame.

Step 4 Next, add chopped onion till golden brown and add smooth spices (Masala) of Mixer paste and saute well with Salt (as per taste) and saute at low flame so that spices don't get burnt

Step 5 Add chopped tomato and saute till it get soft and ass chopped carrot, peas, cauliflower, mushroom, chopped capsicum, chopped potato at medium flame for 7 minutes.

Step 6 Add water (100ml) or 3 cup water and stir whole spices and vegetable for 3 minutes.

Step 7 Now add little salt (if needed) and chopped coriander leaves and stir for while and now add Soaked rice at top of  the vegetable and sprinkle water and put some ghee. 
 Optional ( add food color or Saffron water for color enhance and aromatic flavour) and close the led

Step 8 Cook for 1 whistle in high flame or medium flame ( 10 min ) and low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 9 After pressure cooker release, then add fried cashew, fried raisin and fried dry coconut and Ready to Serve Vegetable Biryani with Special Ones at Celebrate Special Moment.
